United States: We offer free standard shipping on orders within the U.S. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days before your order ships.
Chile: International shipping is available. Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Address Changes
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@luxycara.com. If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Luxycara experience. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in original packaging whenever possible.
- Returned products must be in good condition and include all components.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
How to Start a Return
Email support@luxycara.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide the return instructions.
Refund Timing
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Warranty
Your Luxycara LED Mask includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. For warranty support, contact support@luxycara.com.
